OK — been using this thing for maybe four months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so thought I’d say something since someone asked me a few days back. Am in the UK, mainly bet football and racing, a fiver here and there, so take it how you like.

How I found it was genuinely a bit daft — I couldn’t ever get my head round what an each way return actually was once you get five places instead of three. I’d just eyeball it and moan when the payout landed. Now type the odds in before I place anything, even a straight one-selection punt.

The single bet calculator tool is the one I open most — you put in your stake, the odds and it spits out profit and total return instantly, either odds format. It also handles the fiddly ones — acca and treble returns, lucky 15s, a yankee, which is where most people I know lose track. If you fancy a poke about, it’s over at free super heinz with singles bet calculator — free, no signup.

The thing that actually made a difference were the nerdier tools. There’s an odds-to-probability thing which shows you how much the bookie’s taking, and there’s the kelly calculator — I stick to fractional kelly as the full version is terrifying. The dutching one is handy too for when I’m covering two or three runners.

Not all sunshine though. Its interface looks very functional, let’s say — no frills, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. Phone-wise it works although the acca grid make you pinch and zoom. And nothing on the app store, it’s browser only — slight shame but you asked.

Anyway. Doesn’t cost anything, not plastered in adverts, works. If you even now does the maths on paper, give it a go — saves me a fair few «wait, that’s it?» moments.

Right — have been messing about with this thing for about four months now and I keep coming back, reckon I’d chuck my thoughts in since a lad on another thread asked me a few days back. Am based in the UK, generally bet football and racing, a fiver here and there, for context.

What got me on it was actually a bit daft — I could never work out what an e/w return actually was when the place terms changed. I’d just guess and get a shock. Now stick my stake in before every slip, even a simple single bet.

Their single bet calculator is the one I open most — type in stake and odds and you get profit and total return instantly, fractions or decimals. There’s also the bigger stuff — acca and treble maths, lucky 15s, patents and yankees, which is where I always got it wrong. If you want a look, it lives at trebles calculator and it’s free with no account nonsense.

The thing that genuinely changed how I bet is the nerdier tools. The probability thing which shows you how much the bookie’s taking, plus a kelly staking calculator — I run quarter kelly since full stakes are far too aggressive. The dutch tool is decent if I’m spreading across selections.

Couple of gripes. The interface looks a bit basic — not much flash, it’s clearly function over form. Phone-wise it’s fine though the acca grid are a squeeze. Also there’s no app, it’s browser only — slight shame but you asked.

Right, that’s me. Free, not plastered in adverts, works. Anyone who honestly does the maths on paper, have a look — saved me a fair few arguments with the bookie.

OK — been using this thing for about six months now and it’s stuck on my phone, reckon I’d write something up since someone asked me a few days back. Am based in the UK, generally stick to footie and the horses, nothing mad, for context.

What got me on it was honestly embarrassing — I could never work out what an each way payout actually came to when the place terms changed. Basically I’d guess and moan when the payout landed. Now punch the numbers in first, every time, even a straight one-selection punt.

Their single bet calculator is the bit I’m on daily — you put in your stake, the odds and you get the return instantly, fractions or decimals. There’s also the bigger stuff — acca and treble maths, a lucky 15, yankees, honestly that’s where I’d always lose track. If you fancy a poke about, it’s over at kelly criterion — free, no signup.

The thing that really shifted things for me is the nerdier extras. They’ve got an implied probability calculator which shows you the overround, and a kelly calculator — I stick to fractional kelly as the full version is terrifying. The dutch tool is decent when I’m spreading across selections.

Not all sunshine though. The interface feels very functional, let’s say — zero polish, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. On my phone it’s usable although the lucky 63 breakdown are a squeeze. There’s no app, just the site — fine by me just flagging it.

So yeah. Doesn’t cost anything, not plastered in adverts, works. If you even now works out returns on a calculator app, give it a go — saves me plenty of «wait, that’s it?» moments.
